"This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing
Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices
Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour.
Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning.
As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars.
We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎"

"The hotel is 2 minutes from the Cleopatra Beach. I think it's appreciated by all the guests!
The cost of accommodation + breakfast was included.
The rooms are clean, the air conditioner works perfectly. The number of towels is even more than in the threes.
Breakfast is diverse, so it is not bored, there are vegetables, cheeses, sausages, eggs and cold sugar arbuz.
Hotel hosts family couple are very kind and welcome.
They decided with their husband that if again in Alanya - it is only here."

"Right on the shore, not across the road. In Turkey such units. Breakfast is just a holiday every morning! Staff is welcome. I recommend bringing my coffee capsules for the Nescafe machine, good beer and a piece of soap:) Otherwise everything is red! Yes, here is also that .... terrible paintings on the walls are easy to remove and put on the closet. And before leaving, return to the place."

SSerapWe were very satisfied, top service, the rooms were very clean, the boss himself was very helpful, Mr. Özgür Bey, that's his name like the hotel 😊 The guys at reception are like rockets, if you need something it's taken care of straight away, breakfast is prepared to your taste and they don't skimp, if you want more, the best thing is that they are very animal-friendly, you can also bring your own pet by arrangement....I felt at home, thank you, I'll be back in Salalah, oh yes, the Hamam Sakura. Spa is worth 6 stars, I had a massage for 2 days just for myself because Döri is so good at it, the Hamam is very pleasant, I recommend this hotel for a short trip, regards, Serap

AAndrey DyatkovA good hotel in Alania, it can be said that it is a four but with a mistake that is in Alania. Normal breakfast. Good location close to the beach and to the main center(I think it is a starbucks). WiFi works well. There is a gym, but a scarce. The rooms are big. There is another cool chip: this is a view of the sea and... the cemetery) you can look at the sunset and sunset of any life. We didn't mind:)

有有禮You can eat all you can for three meals, but you won’t have the urge to take photos and share them. The same ingredients are served in different ways, which is not satisfactory. The tableware is not very clean. You need to prepare boiled water and wipe it with a napkin before use. safe to use.
Dinner is from 6:30 to 8:30, and before 7:30, it is basically full and there are no vacant tables. You have to wait for someone to eat and vacate the seat before the second round of dining. It is a bit rushed to eat, and the opening time for dining is too short.
When I was picking up the meal, there was a puddle of water on the ground, which made me slip and almost fall to the ground. Later, the waiter came to help me stand up, but just took a triangular cone and put it on the puddle of water, reminding customers not to step on it, and did not deal with it immediately. Dry, let the floor dry naturally.
The room is very comfortable and the air conditioner is very effective: the balcony is equipped with a drying rack, which is very convenient for hanging swimsuits to dry; the shower head is super large, and the washing is invincible; the refrigerator is also very effective, which is rare in a Turkish hotel.
The beach is not connected to the hotel, and the shuttle bus goes to the exclusive beach of the hotel every hour. In order to control the time conveniently, we finally decided to drive by ourselves and follow the shuttle bus to the exclusive beach. The beach is super beautiful and must be experienced.
There are glasses of water in the hotel and on the exclusive beach for everyone to use freely, which is very considerate.
There is a show time performance at 9:30 every night. The theme of the first night is a spinning dance performance. The audience is full, but the dance troupe arrives late at 10:00 in disheveled clothes. There are residents before the show begins. I yelled at the scene and left. The performance started at 10:05 and ended at 10:30, but it was worth seeing the orthodox men's spinning dance (about 10 minutes non-stop), and there was no need to pay extra tips.

GGuest UserFront desk is manned by very friendly staff, who try hard to understand your concern in spite of the language barrier (luckily there is Google). Hotel has good potentiel and is nicely located. There definitely are maintenance issues which can easily be addressed. All in all, I had a good stay in spite of the fact that there is vast room for improvement. Hotel has a great potentiel (especially for those who do not want to go the ”all-inclusive” way).

Ttareki booked an apartment ”as they said” for 4 pax . we were 3 but still the apartment was too small for 3 . it was perfect for 2 but not for more . at trip.com it is mentioned that thebroom is air conditioned but what you did not mention that it was 1 air condition for all the apartment which is not enough at all especially with thats silly system they have that turns off the ac if you open any window or any door . other than that reception staff was very nice , room service was kind even though i didnt understand anything on what she said neither did she since she doesnt speak except russian.

MMashaKashaThis hotel located at very convenient spot because you can walk three minutes away and get to the restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc….. I will talk about things that disappointed me. They have a standard rooms, basically a bed and bathroom at your feet. Bathroom don’t have a good ventilation. At 3AM I saw people running towards public bathrooms because if you go to the bathroom in your room, it’s gonna be very, very smelly. Especially if you have kids, little babies. You can upgrade your room additionally €15 a day but when I checked this option it’s not that big of a difference. This hotel don’t have rooms that look on the Seaside. You can get a partial view. If you wanted to have a partial view, the room 1689. Another important detail, you need to be careful with food because some of the salads were bad or salad dressings go bad really fast. You need to be picky because some of the food you can get sick from. Private beach is the best detail in this hotel.

CCanselWe felt very comfortable in the hotel and the location is really perfect. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and kiosks nearby and the hotel is 100m from the beach. It is also about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The spa area is also really good and you can book great massages and a hammam. The food is very varied and OK. Really optimal for the price. All the staff were super nice and very accommodating. The room is a bit small, we would have liked to have had towels in the bathroom for washing our hands, which we missed. The pool times were also very limited, but overall everything was really nice.

GGuest Userthe room went on the 6th floor, side with a view of the mountains / sea / pool! large balcony. 2 single beds are shifted in the room (instead of one large) and a sofa as an extra bed. we liked the kitchen, a lot of greens. 2 days were without meat (we do not eat soy cutlets), but did not remain hungry. 1-2 kinds of fruits (oranges / apples / watermelon 🍉 alternated). trouble with desserts, jelly-like garbage, we didn’t eat .... animators try. for 3 *** we think it’s not very bad! having traveled in half a month in Turkey (on the principle of one day, one city, one hotel 🏨) there is something to compare. take into account the cost of the hotel and do not expect miracles for this money 💰. although sometimes miracles do happen!
