Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Erdao Yaduo again after 2 months. There were no problems with breakfast, late night porridge, staff service, and room furnishings. The only thing I want to say is that your delivery robot is too unintelligent. Of course, this is also caused by human factors. I needed a bag delivered by the robot before I left the hotel. I waited for more than 20 minutes but it still didn't come. I called the front desk and they said the robot had come up. Then I waited for more than 10 minutes. The robot should have climbed up the stairs. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went downstairs with my luggage and met the robot in the elevator. It was actually delivering things to other floors... It turned out that it didn't deliver to me. I was so angry 😡 The front desk explained for a long time, what's the use... There must be a first come first served, right? If it is a problem of human settings, then deliver one household after another in the order order, and don't set up several households to deliver at once. I hope that there will be no such operation next time I come.

During the May Day holiday, I went to Changbai Mountain with my husband. The Snow Lake in Changbai Mountain was not open. I booked a room for two days, but I stayed for one day. The hotel facilities are clean and complete. The room is smart, and you can get everything done by calling Xiaodu. The beauty at the front desk has a very good service attitude. She smiled and served all the way during check-in and consultation😊. The hotel does not include breakfast, and the buffet is 20 yuan per person. If you are not particularly picky, you can still be satisfied! The hotel is only a few minutes away from the north gate of Changbai Mountain by car. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Changbai Mountain😁😁
