"Room is spacious Location is super convenient, just about 3-5 min walk from Thong Lo BTS which is just about 3-5 stations away from the famous Asok and Siam stations for shopping. Most of all, the front desk is truly superb, especially those ladies who were tremendously courteous and helpful. They are true demonstration of genuine Thai hospitality."

"Stayed in their Roselle Room for 3 nights. Huge room with walk-in closet, big bathroom, sitting room and 2 huge double beds. Although some of their wooden fixtures/furniture are a bit dated but the entire place is cleaned up nicely. Breakfast is quite standard - western dishes the same throughout our stay but the asian selection changes daily. The hotel should consider giving fresh fruit juices for their breakfast instead of mixture of concentrated juices. Their SPA is permanently closed. The porters in this hotel are superb and friendly - very helpful with arranging transportation. Location is really good - just across from Central Embassy shopping centre and a few metres away from the BTS Phloen Chit station. 7-Eleven also nearby across the overhead skybridge. Would definitely return for another stay in future."

"Location is very strategic as Nana BTS station is at its doorstep! It is accessible via Raja's tailor at the main road but the door closes at 10pm. Room was clean and reasonably large but there's no windows. There's an opaque glass that mimics daytime and night. I find it amusing and it's all right for me. Bed is comfortable and had good nights of sleep. Bathroom is large as well. A value for money accommodation at Sukhumvit."

"The good: Excellent location. walking distance to the most important temples, and THE VIEW from the restaurant is just amazing, directly across the river from wat arun, the sunset temple, and oh, the sunsets from there are unforgettable, totally worth it! They also have rooms with that same view. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The bad: taxis, cars, Tuk tuks, cannot access so you have to walk about 100 meters, totally doable, but still…. The ugly: NO ELEVATOR, it’s just a couple floors, but when you’re templed out and dehydrated due to the scorching hot weather it’s a “nice to have” thing in your hotel…"

"really aesthetically pleasing place, room was ready at 11am which was surprising but appreciated. hotel is a few mins away from the station, but do note that there’s no shelter until the front door, even if you had taken a cab/grab. 7-11 is right beside which was very convenient! room was pretty clean and everything was great except that the walls are thin and on the nights that i’ve stayed, other guests were pretty noisy but not a problem for heavy sleepers. the room is quite small for 2 people so i would recommend getting a bigger room unless you’re a solo traveler/have a smaller luggage. theres also free breakfast until 2pm! staff are quite fluent in english as well, overall a great stay nevertheless!"

"The hotel is clean, perhaps it is also a residence? The breakfast is alright, as there are a few choices. If you are staying for more than 5 days, then the choices are limited. There are 2 spas, but they close rather early at 8pm and open at 11am. Short operating time, to me as I prefer to have a massage just before bedtime. Location-wise it is just a short distance away from Rachadamri BTS which is good consider is just away from a few interchanges to the MRT, etc. and walking distant to the other big shopping malls; central world, Siam Paragon, etc. The room I booked, it rather big for a solo traveler. The other setback; it sells about late checkout, about 3pm, but was told not available. A friend who recommended me this hotel experienced the same although she booked directly from the hotel! Nevertheless, overall, the hotel is good for the friendly staffs, cleanliness and close to the BTS."

"this is my 3rd stay in 1.5 years, my first visit was great and i think it is appropriately priced. i always come back here as i like how it’s situated right in the shopping district. however, it is impossible to get a grab - you need to account for at least 30 minutes extra as there is always heavy traffic in the area, and drivers will always request to cancel or even cancel on their own. with my most recent visit, i’m quite disappointed with the room, as our keycard had issues with the electricity and we kept getting blackouts, our shower kept flooding (bad plumbing) and our air conditioning keypad kept not responding. our room’s wifi was so bad we had better connection using other room’s. this was my first time in double beds as well which takes up more of the room, leaving less packing/moving space. the staff here have always been very nice which is another reason i like to come back but from my latest experience, i may not anymore :("

  • Buses: Buses cover almost every part of Bangkok, which are a more budget-friendly.
  • Taxi: Taxis are plentiful in Bangkok. However, traffic jams are common. Make sure the driver uses the metre or agree on a fare. Grab is widely used in Bangkok for taxi, motorcycle, and car bookings. It's convenient.
  • Tuk-tuk: Tuk-tuks are a fun transportation in Bangkok. Riding in a tuk-tuk can be a memorable experience in Bangkok. Do bargain with the driver!

LLW17Our room was nice and clean. Booked city view deluxe 2 double room, which is nice enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Impressed by service rendered by staff. Check in staff was nice to help extend a slightly later checkout timing as i had a late night flight. Staff also assist us with booking of car to the airport and help communicate with Grab driver to ensure there is sufficient boot space for our luggage. Location is ok, hotel do provide shuttle bus to Asoke BTS station or you can also walk about 7 mins to the station. Walkable distance to EMSPHERE mall with lots of food choices. Most of the time we commute via Grab so this hotel is great for us.

AAnonymous UserService apartment and hotel 10 minutes from Donmuang airport. The building is new, separate residence building & hotel building. Care park available and there’re hourly van services to airport. I stayed only a short time on late night and leave in early morning so didn’t get a chance to use 100฿ voucher at cafe & bar but just from looking it seem nice. Negative point is we can hear walking step and door sound clearly at night, bit irritated as I’m a light sleeper.

MMARYSaaweetAgree with other guests that hotel need to improve the training on service. For a start, Bell boy should offer help with luggage instead of waiting to be asked which is weird for hotel with staircase to lobby. And it’s unprofessional that the bell boy would wait for tip for bringing luggage to the room. The man in spec and wear brown is most cheerful and helpful staff that greets guest at hotel. Waitress unwell should wear mask instead of coughing in the restaurant while serving. Breakfast is lacking in both variety and quality. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and house keeping does a good job. The switch and plugs are located dangerously close to the pillow.

TTraveling With DaniThe response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward. The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.

MMonica FntEverything was great! Rooftop pool upstairs was stunning, the room was so spacious!! I arrived very early so my room wasn’t ready, but I needed to shower after a long trip. They told me I could shower at the pool upstairs, but it’s not really a shower as in, there’s no soap, no towel (I had to ask and they had to call reception to make sure I was a customer), no real space taking a shower with your luggage and everything. It was more of a pool shower. So best is paying the night before! Other negative point was the location: way too far from BTS and food spots. It is situation close to a highway and on a streets where there’s only car parts and other auto parts shops. Not really a street food area, I had to grab bike or taxi every time I was going out as BTS station was 40mn away by walk, too long with Bangkok’s heat.

GGuest UserI very much enjoyed my stay here. You can’t beat the location - right on Sukhumvit between Asoke and Phrom Phong. Yes, the rooms do get a lot of street noise but that’s just part of the location. There’s a 7-11 right across the street. Highly recommend the coffee stand in front of it too. Room was very clean with new linens. Very comfortable bed. Pool doesn’t get a lot of direct sun - a perk for some, drawback for others. Great place to stay if you’re planning to do some shopping!

Irritating for me, however, was the fact that I had to sign at check-in that I would not vomit in the hotel. I have visited one or the other hotel both privately and professionally. AAmir99Excellent Stay at Furama Silom – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Furama Silom in Bangkok, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city, with nearby access to public transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great city views. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a stunning panoramic view of Bangkok – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, both local and international, and everything was fresh and delicious. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests or recommendations. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. Overall, Furama Silom provides excellent value for money, combining comfort, great amenities, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!
