Radisson Hotel Beijing Daxing Airport

We stayed at this hotel during a 15-hour layover in Beijing and overall had a good experience—we were able to rest well before our next flight. However, some aspects left mixed impressions. **Pros:** ✔ Comfortable rooms – clean, quiet, with cozy beds, allowing us to get proper sleep. ✔ Excellent breakfast – a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes. **Cons:** ❌ Evening snack was included in the rate, but by 10:35 PM (with service until midnight), all the chafing dishes were empty, and the staff did not refill them. As a result, the only option left was broth with noodles—no rice or other choices. ❌ Airport shuttle made us wait 40 minutes, and no one answered our calls to the hotel, which added unnecessary stress after a long flight. The hotel is suitable for a short stopover, but the service could be more attentive, especially regarding food and shuttle arrangements. Hopefully, the management will take these points into account.

We stayed at this hotel near Beijing Daxing Airport for one night before our flight home, and it was a great choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for travellers. One of the best things was the late-night snack service between 10pm and 12am, it was more like a full meal as they served noodles and various small bites. They also offered a free mini bar, which was a thoughtful touch. Perfect for guests arriving late when everything else nearby is closed. The free airport shuttle that the hotel provides, runs every 30 minutes and was very convenient. Overall, a well-run and considerate hotel, highly recommended for anyone catching an early flight from Daxing!

Super like this hotel that is very new and indeed sparkling clean. Stayed only 1 night but had a great experience staying here, comfy bed and very modern design in the room. The customer service offered at the reception was great. Checking in and out was prompt. The call to get the free shuttle to come to airport and pickup was easy and we didn't have to wait long at the airport. Special mention for Jerry who helped us to collect back the jeans which we forgot and went back a few days later after checking out. The hotel still kept it well. Thank you. Love the hairdryer there in the bathroom as shown in the attached photo.

I have an amazing stay at this hotel - sparkling clean and very comfortable room with frequent airport shuttle schedule. Hotel is about 5-10mins drive to airport, where you can see from the room window. Mr. Lip at the front reception went the extra miles to assist us and what truly stood out was his professionalism blended with a heartfelt approach. Whether it was arranging transportation, or answering questions at odd hours, or simply offering a cheerful communication, Mr. Lip’s dedication is beyond expectation.
