The front dest staffs are super helpful. Room is super clean, comfy and fully automated. The staff upgraded our room for free. And luggage keeping service was comfortable.

This hotel is amayzing with lots of facilities such as a robot delivering food deliveries and a place where u can eat breakfast and a voice control robot that u can do anything without being tired such as turn off the lights, turn on the tv and even can play some music to entertain u!Also even the toilet is extraordinary!! The location is good too! It takes abt 5 min to get to any restaurant nearby😄The colleagues are very helpful towards us especially a woman called Miss Zhao. This hotel made our trip to China even better!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The best part was their breakfast buffet. It was the best one we had during our 15 day trip in China! It was great to discover Chinese cooking while still having Western option. Huge choice of dishes, we really appreciated it!
The room might seem a bit small, but it has everything you need. The only flaw it that it lacks of hooks or cabinets to store clothes. There was a small washing machine in the bathroom, but not really a space to dry our laundry. Despite of this small defect and the fact that the subway station is not close, our stay was perfect! Plus one for the cute robot and for the kind smile of one of the cooks for the breakfast 😊

They kindly upgraded our room as our room wasn't ready. The hotel is new with all the facilities in the room. Its a smart room with heated seat. The breakfast spread is good. The afternoon tea and snack between 9 to 10pm is cherry on the top. The staff pays great attention to detail and are nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The bed and pillows were also very soft and great quality. 10/10

The hotel is very nice and clean with a very cozy room. The receptionists, manager and all the staffs are very helpful and nice. Even though they can’t speak english,they try their best to explain and help as much as they can. This hotel is very suitable for familes that wish to travel here, highly recommended!
