Need to know before you Book: Toilet and Shower are "Open Plan" and contained within the room. Little privacy from sight, sound or smell! Stairs are steep, bare stone and well worn - not for anyone who might struggle with such! Rooms get rather hot - no A/C. Exterior of accomodation is not obvious; a small plaque on a wall by a door with a buzzer to be let in. Breakfast area is tiny and cramped.

Awful room. Room 3 in attic. Unlike website or Byway photos of rooms. Sloping roof limiting head room with 2 rooflights and no view or proper window. Not a hotel. Difficult to find and access. No key or presence of proprietors on site. Very narrow and steep staircase to 3rd floor - each case had to be carried separately up 3 steep flights of stairs. Very basic room. Not value for money via Byway.

Globalement une très belle expérience à l' escapade . Accueil à distance avec échange de messages,cela ne me dérange pas. Chambre au 1er étage, équipée avec beaucoup de goût. Salle de bain ouverte. Petit déjeuner servi à table; pour moi manque de fruits frais, et on ne m a proposé 1 yaourt que le dernier matin. Croissant et pain de qualité. Super bien situé pour les balades dans Bordeaux, que ce soit à pieds ou en transports. En résumé, je recommande.

Magnifique chambre avec superbe vue! La décoration est soignée et trés bien décorée, la chambre spacieuse et la literie trés confortable. Nous avons adoré notre (trop) court séjour! Hâte de revenir!
