"The one next to the road is noisy, but the one next to the garden is very quiet. The hotel is very high-end, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive."
"The room is spacious, the facilities are old, the hygiene is good, the service is in place, the hotel is cheap, and the cost performance is very high. The location is in the city center, easy to get in and out, and it is worth staying."

"Most tour groups are arranged for Casa to arrange a day trip, too few! Casa is the fastest-growing and best city in Morocco. Young people in Morocco are running here. It is worth a week to take a look. I stayed in the city center for a few days. I highly recommend this one. It used to be the only boutique hotel in Casa. It is still the best. The old French apartment is different. The service and the top floor restaurant are very good. The location is nothing to say. The main attractions can be reached on foot. After visiting the attractions, choose a street every day, and find a street cafe to eat and drink. The old city of Kasa is more appetizing than Marrakech, not so commercial, allowing yourself to get lost in it, very safe, only walk carefully. Casa has the only %Arabica cafe in Morocco. The Bacha waiting time in Marrakech is too exaggerated. It is not much different to drink this one. There is no need to wait at all. There are Gongcha and fashionable neighborhoods next door. After shopping in the city center, move to Anfa Beach for two days."
"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stayhere Casablanca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff was evident.
Salma deserves special mention for her warm welcome and efficient check-in process. She was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.
Achraf the manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as guests. Their proactive approach to customer service and willingness to accommodate special requests truly set this property apart.
Even Mehdi made an impression with his cheerful demeanor and swift assistance with our luggage. He ensured we settled into our room seamlessly and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
The consistent excellent service from every member of the staff turned our stay into a memorable experience. We would highly recommend Stayhere Casablanca to anyone seeking comfort, care, and top-tier hospitality. This is a hotel that truly knows how to make its guests feel special."
"We arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain."
"Hotel-style apartment, but without kitchenware, so the kitchen is of no practical use. In addition, there is no business center. If you need to print, you can send the information to the front desk, and the front desk will print it. There is no standard room, the big bed room is a big bed with two small beds joined together. Our two ladies asked for a standard room change. The front desk asked us to separate the beds. We could only have one set of bedding, which was embarrassing."
"The location is quiet, within a ten minute walk from several commercial centers, the facilities are a bit old, there is no shampoo and shower gel in the room."
"Facilities: Very new 152
Sanitation: Clean 9900
Environment: Comfortable 2038
Service: Good Morocco tour guide Lin Tingchao, helped to book a hotel with high cost performance, the room is very large, you can add him to the number above, and he can be a tour guide for a chartered car."
"The most satisfactory hotel on this trip! Stayed for 3 nights, the room is a suite, there are two bathrooms, the decoration style is retro, I like it very much! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient, and smiled and nodded at us every time they went in and out."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserFor a hotel like Four Seasons, guests' expectations and requirements are naturally higher. After checking out, I received a questionnaire from the hotel. One of the questions asked whether I felt personally recognized during my stay. My answer was definitely no. Not to mention that different staff members at the front desk had to explain the same thing repeatedly, let alone expect them to remember your name and room. They couldn't even smile at guests. If you don't smile at them first, they will be cold and unapproachable. Sometimes they won't smile even if you smile at them. It's amazing! Moroccans on the street are not like this. They are all very enthusiastic. Why are you people working at Four Seasons superior? Going to the front desk to ask a question is like owing them a lot of money. They look like ”don't bother me”. It's really annoying! But the waiters in the lobby restaurant are very good. I am most satisfied with the restaurant after staying here. If you go to Casa, it is recommended to stay in the city center for a few days to visit the attractions, and then come to this hotel to rest and enjoy the sunshine and beach.
GGabrielI really enjoyed the indoor pool/jacuzzi it was really relaxing not really for swimming but there’s a big water pump that will give you a good and hard massage
MMary MollyI had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay.
The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air.
Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch.
The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience.
This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.
JJohn A DoeThis hotel is great with great employees. The only downside is that the room had a funny smell, and the gym wasn’t exactly a gym. Overall, it’s a good price and location.
YYunisNExcellent location 10
minutes to the train station, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of options, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserFirst time in Casablanca. Chose Ibis as it was a reliable chain. The location was superb- located right next to the train station. The staff were helpful. However, if you want to use the hotel, note that the hotel doesn’t have a fridge or a safety box inside the room. Also the toilets had a bad smell when I first opened the door.

LLvlvyueguangThe hotel is very easy to find on the side of the road. There are places to eat around. There is also a small supermarket opened by Chinese people within a minute's walk. It is more convenient. The room layout is very reasonable, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, the hotel is clean and the service is thoughtful.
EExplorer001The location is great, i loved the fact that i could reach so many places within a short distance… The only let down is, I got to the hotel by 7am and had to wait at the lobby till Check-in time of 3pm. Most hotels wave this and allow you stay in an empty unused room or charge you a very minimal fee but it’s quite different here.
GGuest UserMy room didn't make a good impression on me upon entering: a little cramped, with the bathroom (though new and absolutely decent) located in the corner at the entrance and with a brown carpet that objectively gives the impression of being old and shabby. I don't know if you can find better things at that price. However the staff was very kind and they kept my suitcase for me until the afternoon. It is right next to the Casa-Voyageur railway station from which you can easily go to the airport with an hourly train for 50 dirhams.
