What a life like this, afternoon tea in the garden, listening to the crisp birdsong in the forest, riding to the village to see the rapeseed flowers that are bigger than half the village. Dinner is authentic local farm food, and breakfast is served directly in the room.
I can live this kind of life for the rest of my life. The homestay is located in the popular Caibang Village on the shore of Dianshan Lake in Qingpu. The overall style is modern pastoral style, which is very suitable for couples to vacation and parent-child experience.
In spring, Caibang Village not only has rapeseed flowers, but also the cherry blossoms on the lakeside avenue are particularly beautiful.

Breakfast spread was good, international spread.
It's nice to sit at the outdoor dining area too. Perfect weather!

Stayed here for a couple of months, few times a year for business trip. Location is good as it’s close by to shops, restaurants and automotive companies. Breakfast was OK mostly local cuisine not much international/western options. This hotel provide free self service laundry (washer & dryer). Furnitures seem outdated but for the price its OK I guess? The carpets are the biggest let down as they look dirty and worn down. The aircond are not that good took some time to cool the room.

I really like to stay here because it's clean, reliable, and close to the Oriental Art Theater, Century Park, and Science Museum metro.
To be honest, we were disappointed that there wasn't a mini bar or any way to get anything other than coffee and water at 9:30 pm after a show. There was a robot minibar with a few things but it was closed or not in order. How can a minibar close?
The breakfast here is outstanding and the trainee Mary was very sweet and helpful though.

Booked the hotel to attend LIU YU XIN XANADU concert as my main trip. Very near the subway exit. The room is clean although it is a bit tiny. The bedding is comfortable. The front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple and satisfying.
In first day stay, the smell in the room is a bit strong due to the lack of ventilation. But it is resolved by changing the air con mode to air ventilation. The rest of stay has no more smell.

This is one of the best hotel i ever stay in China , i stayed in the 2 branch of moxy in shanghai .
- It’s really really very clean hotel , everything clean , bed sheets , room , bathroom .
- very comfortable room.

- they have different electric sockets in room.

- location is ok. , but when you arrive you have to be aware that the entrance is when you come from parking .

Because of our early flight back to Singapore, we decided to stay closer to Pudong Airport. Ramada has a couple of these hotels and this one by Wyndham is newer and bigger.
At S$72 per night booked with Trip.com, really cannot complain because as you can see from the video, the room is huge and modern with full amenities. Most important, they run a shuttle service between the hotel and airport and the first bus leaves at 5am. Takes 8 minutes to get to airport from the hotel.
Recommended for those who do not fancy getting up another extra hour earlier just to cross the bund and get to Pudong.

SSlingerlandI had to move out of my Appartment for construction purposes. The hotel is around the corner of my Appartment.
The room is super small and obviously a little bit bigger space would be welcome.
The scent is nice, but caused allergies around my eyes. SO maybe change the scent and diffuse a natural one in the future

RReiseplanerThis hotel is a gem. The location is perfect (less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and plenty of coffee and restaurant options in the area; count ~1.5h to and from PVG airport), the room and shared facilities (bonus point for the toilet paper that is better than many 4-star and 5-star hotels) are spotless clean, the bed is comfortable (different pillows are even provided), and the price/value ratio is almost unbeatable. There is even free tea and drinking water available.
Please note that having taken the upper bed window room, packing a bag can be a challenge compared to the lower bed one I imagine. Also, all usb ports available are USB A.
Few points can be improved: the windows let a flow of air coming in even if closed (the duvet is warm though), a little usb bed light would be useful (as it is not convenient to turn off the lights once in bed, have to do it before), the tv didn’t work in my case but that wasn’t an issue for me, the towels are disposable and normal towels would be a huge plus (pack a small towel should you want one), and lastly, whilst there’s no noise permeating in-between rooms, corridor movements can be easily heard (nothing that earplugs cannot solve).
Overall 10/10.

It is next to the Huangpu River, suitable for morning and night jogging. From the window, you can see the ships passing by the Huangpu River and a cafe in front.
The front desk staff is smiling and enthusiastic, and the room service is also good. The room layout is practical and the area is suitable for a family of two. The breakfast is complete and nutritious.
It is not far from the West Bund Art Center, a new landmark in Xuhui, and it is smooth to the north along the river. I will consider coming again.

GGuest UserWe booked a Parent-Kid Suite, which was advertised to accommodate four adults, but throughout our stay, only three towels were provided. Additionally, the only bathroom is located right next to one of the bedrooms, with no door and a fully transparent shower space. This setup is extremely awkward and inconvenient unless you’re traveling with very young children. The noise from the bathroom also inevitably disturbs whoever is sleeping in that bedroom.
Another disappointment was the check-in process. We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, but the front desk informed us that our room was still not ready due to a late check-out from the previous guests. This was frustrating, especially after a long flight, as we had expected to check in on time and freshen up immediately.
That said, aside from the strange room layout, the hotel does have its positives. The location is great, with a partial view of The Bund, and the price is reasonable for this area.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, the room design and service need improvement.
