The room is big, nearly to union metro, downstairs is carrefour, very convenient to buy stuffs, breakfast is good.

It's first time to Dubai for 13-18一Nov 2024, Overall we have great time to stay. Locallation little bit far about 30-40min but near metro by walking distance. Green line to old town and red line to to city . Room service little slowly due event season. I will highly recommend and stay again.

The room was spacious and clean.
The bed was on the hard side n oillows very thin/soft.
Just dont like the idea of shower in the tub, i requested for a walkin shower but didnt get it.
This hotel is attached to the mall so its easy to shop n eat.theres carrefour too😁

This is the second time I have stayed at the Swissotel Al Ghurair I particularly like the location and that Al Ghurair mall is attached also there are many restaurants within a few minutes walk , the rooms are big and spacious and the staff always do there upmost to accommodate you in the best possible way , the breakfast had a huge variety and the dinning area was clean and big , I would defiantly recommend the hotel if you planning to stay around this area as its only a 10 minute taxi ride to Dubai international airport

The location is very convenient, close to Union Metro station the interchange with Green and Red line , close to the Airport it's located at the heart of a big mall.
