The food was varied and delicious at every meal — from the hearty breakfast to the elegant dinners with traditional and red dishes. The drinks were endless and always continuous, with cocktails expertly made by the bar staff. The staff was very polite, always relaxed and available to talk to at any time. Various activities during the day and in the evenings added to the energy of the whole work — perfect for couples and families alike. We will be back! This hotel deserves every star it has and more!

It was a very good hotel and the service perfect. The first line with own beach space. I would return at any time and definitely recommend it. The food was good and also the accommodation, in new constructed rooms. The location is perfect. You can make long walks along the promenade.

The best days I spend in the summer. The best hotel with the best view. Greatest days, the best staf and the best food. The people there are amezing and very positive. Hope I go again because i liket very much and i’ve a good time in that place. Thanks

We paid all inclusive , they did send us in another hotel to sleep , in 3 o'clock in midday they say that they dont have beer its over , they dont have cocacola they say its over , after it we wanted coctails with alcohol and they said that we have to pay for it

food bad, every day the same, room cleaning terrible, personallyti bad, in all exclusive you can't use drink more then 3 times per days, The building is nice, good looking, location is good but the other is bad. Breakfast also every day the same and good food missing.

not correct in what they say, we booked for three days at 5 o'clock in the afternoon and did not go up to the room at all, for 40 minutes we canceled it due to an accident and they kept €120. When I do the other two days, almost everything to be desired, except food. I asked two nights for a baby bed and it never came. A very uncomfortable single bed. I give it 2 out of 4 stars.

Positive: The extremely young staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, the bed/mattress comfortable, there was free Wi-Fi, and a beautiful beach with free loungers and parasols. Negative: Breakfast and dinner for the first three days were not offered buffet-style as booked, but were served at the table. Coffee was only available upon request; I had to pay €2 for a second coffee. Upon late arrival, the minibar was unfortunately empty. The rooms with a mountain view are very close to a busy motorway and a main road running parallel to it, both of which caused an enormous amount of noise (even at night). There was no table or chair in the room. No wardrobe, no coat hooks, no kettle or coffee machine, and no tour guide on site. You felt let down. The promenade is very nice for strolling, but there are hardly any shopping opportunities. You would expect more comfort from a four-star hotel.

The hotel is fairly new. Since I was the only guest for the first two days, I was served breakfast and dinner. For the next six days, there were three other travelers from Germany staying in the hotel, but that was it. The food was tasty, but the menu was rather monotonous. Five days served the same type of pasta with different "ingredients." The salad was always very fresh and well-prepared. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff still needs to learn a bit. What I didn't like at all was that there was no tour guide or contact person on site from Berge und Meer, which isn't something I've encountered with other tours and travel companies. The hotel also couldn't help me much with questions; I was pretty much on my own. I enjoyed the trip itself.

Excellent, great welcome, beautiful beach with fine sand, great choice of dishes and always so much variety, very clean rooms with air conditioning. Minibar in the room, great for keeping drinks cool. Modern and functional bathroom with shower.
