Worst hotel ever. Stained pillows, sheets and walls. Wall fittings and floor was falling apart. Air conditioning control in the room didn't work. Couldn't switch off lights during the night. Lots of noise from adjoining rooms and corridor until 3am. Booked for a few nights based on good reviews but ended up leaving after the first night. All the good reviews are fake reviews.

The Radisson Blu Kaushambi Delhi NCR comes highly recommended by many for its immaculate rooms and hygienic dining options, creating a pleasurable stay. Guests often highlight the hotel's welcoming atmosphere and the beautifully designed spaces, including a stunning staff services from reception Mam Aakanksha was so positive & helpful.

I had booked the hotel Radisson Blu for the marriage function of my son on dated 4th and 5th may 2025. The total cost of decoration initially was ₹ 3,11,000. But the decorator demanded ₹ 1,54,000 more for extra effects. I agreed on that, but the effects were not at par and not in the same quantity as promised. I demanded some refund on the additional amount but there is no response. If somebody is planning to book this hotel for any function, don't pay in advance for decoration.

My over all experience was excellent in Radisson Blu kaushambhi. My stay was very comfortable in this hotel.the housekeeping department are doing good work, thanks to chef kamini and chef ali , who is making the delicious food for us, very nice breakfast buffet at sultan and service are too good.thank you once again all staff they are making my memorable.
