Stayed here for just one night to visit and see the West Lake. Walkable distance to one of the entrances of the west lake. Keep in mind the room we had stayed in/selected had no view. Cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hangzhou—it’s by far the best hotel I’ve experienced! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The environment was exceptionally comfortable, with well-designed rooms that made me feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the strategic location. It’s within walking distance of the metro station, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provides top-notch facilities, and I was particularly impressed by the smart toilet bowl, which added an extra touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou.
