The public areas and rooms (I live in [8 people]) are very clean, the sheets are brand new and white, and the shower and toilet are kept very dry, which is particularly reassuring. A 15/10 for it's location. Within 2-5min walk to the Bunk, 10min walk to Nanjing street and Yu Garden. There are also a few nearby local food shops and convenient stores. There are common space for you to chill, eat and drink and one can enjoy the Pearl tower from there. Their design of the amenities mostly makes sense except for the bath/squatting toilet. Unfortunately, like all tools and cleanliness, they are only as good as their users. There is a designated smoking area but people are still smoking in the toilet and just throwing cigarette butts on the floor when there is a dustbin.
