I gave the front desk a bad review. The room I was assigned was opposite the equipment room. People were opening and closing doors and coming in and out early in the morning. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. (The key point is that when I checked in, I had already asked for a quiet room, but the first one was arranged at the elevator entrance, and the other one was opposite the equipment room.)

My hotel check-in experience on October 25: I booked a non-smoking room on Ctrip, and the hotel agreed (see picture). But when I entered the room, I found a cigarette tray on the table. It was not a non-smoking room at all.
