The hotel is very nice and food is great. I was there for a wedding and in general the service is good. I was not happy with what happend after checking out. I was about drive to the exit when I was approached by the front desk personnel to tell me that two hand towels were stained with makeup (which is true, not too bad though) and that I had to pay for them. Since I was in a rush, I complied but this is outrageous. I have travelled all over the world and this rarely happens in pricey hotels, trust me. $370 MXN for 2 hand towels... this is a lot of money. Also I only had one coffee mug in my room and they were also telling the other one was missing, which I told them, yes, since I arrived.

El hotel es muy bonito y apto para relajarse, la alberca tiene buena temperatura y es muy agradable estar en el jardín. Desafortunadamente las habitaciones son incomodísimas, especialmente si no viajas en pareja... pero aun estando en pareja es muy incómoda la situación. No existe, como tal, un baño... el baño y la cama están en la misma estancia, las puertas del baño son media puerta, es decir los olores están directamente en el mismo lugar donde duermes; porque la puerta no llega al techo además la puerta es de cristal y opaca sólo en una porción. La regadera es lo mismo. Adicional a eso las puertas no cierran bien, el baño se empapa y se puede ver desde la cama hacia el excusado, a menos que quien está dentro sostenga siempre la puerta con una mano, pues la estancia está separada sólo por un par de maderas qué no cubren la vista. Viajar con compañeros de trabajo se vuelve insoportable, pues hay que cambiarse frente al compañero o dentro de la regadera mojada con puerta translúcida o el inodoro con puerta también translúcida. Y soportar junto a tu cama, cualquier olor y sonido que suceda en el baño. Tache... nulo confort... parece motel y por el costo, no vale la pena.

El hotel es demasiado caro para lo que obtienes. La estancia no incluye ni una sola comida, todo se paga por separado. Los precios de la comida son carísimos y la comida es bastante regular. El servicio es lento y cero flexible. Reservamos habitaciones con cunas y dos días antes de la reserva hablamos para confirmar y resultó que no tenían las cunas necesarias, tuvimos que conseguirlas por nuestra cuenta y trasladarlas. El internet no funciona y la temperatura de la alberca es muy alta, parece jacuzzi.

Hermoso lugar para relajarse . Excelente atención del personal . Puedes tomar hermosas fotos . Habitación en excelentes condiciones , camas cómodas , buenas almohadas , excelente regadera . Solo nos hubiera gustado más variedad de comida para niños . Sin duda volveremos . Lo recomendamos mucho !!!

Es el hotel con la mayor cantidad de áreas verdes bien cuidadas que nos ha tocado visitar del grupo pasadas, 42 jardineros lo hacen posible, además de fuentes, cuerpos de agua y un riachuelo que hacen de la experiencia simplemente algo relajante! La comida en el hotel, también muy buena!

Hermoso hotel, tranquilo cerca a la cdmx, camas queen !!! Como pocos , ideal para un fin de semana Rodiber de recepción nos atendió excelente, hizo mucho más de lo posible para hacer de esta una estancia linda. Nos vamos muy cargados de naturaleza.
