The stay was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was very good and fresh. It was family friendly. The spa was really good and massage was very relaxing. I would really recommend my family and friends to visit the hotel. It’s near to the mall road too.

You would get 4 star service in many 5 star hotels but seldom get 5 star service & ambience in a 4 star hotel and Daleside Manor Kasauli is one of them. Gem of a boutique hotel with all five star amenities, Best valley view rooms, superb service, tasty fresh food and very efficient & courteous staff. Heartiest Congratulations & compliments to Mr Varun Kutty for creating such a wonderful team with all attentive Suraj Thakur & Chaman ji in the Front office & Vinit & Aniket as Executive chefs who took extra care to make our stay most comfortable & memorable! This boutique hotel has a class & gives feeling of a home away from your home! Strongly recommended for family & friendly groups ❤️👍

Have been planning my trip to Daleside Kasauli from quite some time and it got re scheduled many times. At last, in april 2025 i got to visit this beautiful property and it is truly a well maintained luxurious Boutique property. We booked a family room which had 2 set of bedrooms Interconnected and ample of sitting space with couches overlooking a garden and valley which is worth every penny you pay for this property. The staff here is very welcoming especially kartik. Suraj and restaurant staff helped us a lot. The bar also is good and has good quality cocktails under its sleeves. We had multiple meals in their restaurant and food especially north indian menu one was very good, freshly made and lip smacking. Without doubt, it shows that chef gives a lot of effort in whats being served to the guests. Location of hotel is a big plus as well. Near to mall road and they arrange cabs on nominal charges for nearby pickup drop. Well, look forward to visiting this beautiful property again soon and a big thumbs up to the management here.

Our family trip to kasauli was amazing bcoz of Dale Side manor..... Food was yummmm Very neat and clean..... Well maintained property..... All staff was really well behaved and polite..... We enjoyed a lot ....amazing experience.......

Have been staying in Daleside manor for long . It’s a beautiful boutique hotel highly recommended to all who are looking for a great location. It’s very near to the mall road . Food is very good, specially the breakfast. Staff is very friendly and polite special thanks to Lakhwinder Kaur at the front desk for being helpful always. Will be visiting again soon .

A Great place for a vacation. The Hotel is very Scenic, Comfortable ( a home away from home) , Delicious,multicuisine, fresh food and the most hospitable staff. The Spa services are also very Relaxing and Pampering. The Daleside Manor is Highly recommended.

The place is quite exquisite the rooms large and well appointed . The Mountain View’s keep you staring out forever . The staff very courteous. The food delectable. Will be back soon . Reccomend the place . Kasauli of course needs no mention as a hill station . The only down side the road getting to the property can be a bit of a challenge.

Lovely place with amazing views. The hotel is in a nice isolated and serene spot in Kasauli while being a short walk from Mall road. The staff were extremely kind and generous and we had a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend Daleside manor to those traveling to Kasauli!
