The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. "Had a lovely stay in Palais Tinmel. The staff are very polite and attentive. They are very helpful. I requested for a surprise breakfast for my bf, all i asked was a cake but they gave us more. There were balloons and they sing happy birthday to him with guitar playing. We were so touch and did not expect it to be like that. It was a great gesture and we are very lucky. Location wise is good. A bit of a walk to the medina but we love a walk. Food was amazing too. Everything was exceptional. Our only concern was our shower drain was not draining properly but anything from that was amazing. I would recommend staying here. And would love to stay here again."

"Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes."
