"Been to Dubai, stayed at the Amaha Desert Hotel and Jumeirah Group Hotel, still feel that this is the best. Everything is as beautiful as the picture. I enjoy a building and the copper lamp is very beautiful. I prefer the one in the toilet. The toiletries are complete and are also packed in delicate cloth bags. The comb is a wooden comb and has a great impression. Health is very good, we refused when there was cleaning service at night, because there is no need. The breakfast is also delicious, the bread dessert is a fragrant, and the dinner is not eaten at dinner. You can try it. The courtyard design is very good. It came out and found beautiful, many beautiful flowers, and very quiet. I have never seen other guests except the restaurant. The hotel can pick up and drop off guests, not to call a taxi. It is the staff of the staff who drive Mercedes Bentley to pick up. The next day we switched to the raid in the wheat field. We had to contact the other party to pick up the phone. As a result, the staff of Mansour were all connected, seamlessly connected and perfect. The most touching thing is that the details show the intention, the signature card, the delicious cake fruit. Since we wanted to change the hotel later, we booked a car at noon. I thought the hotel would remind us to check out. Who knows that there is no such thing. No one reminded me that the check-out time is up. We have to go back to the room at 12:45. Probably also know that I am leaving at 1 o'clock, so I don't remind me, very intimate details."
"Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!"
"1. Upgraded the suite. 2, the scenery is good, the service is good. 3, the garden is very very large, more than the ysl garden, and also lived in the Royal Mansour, personally feel la mamounia is better."

"The environment and architecture are very good, but the service is at the level of an ordinary hotel, and I feel that it is not worth the premium. For example, my friend and I arrived at different times, but the hotel was only willing to provide one free pick-up for each room. In the end, they were willing to reimburse my friend's taxi fare for the outbound trip only after our room canceled the airport drop-off service. It was very troublesome. Domestic hotels that cost two to three thousand RMB a night all provide free pick-ups per person. Aman in Luang Prabang, which is of the same brand as yours, also arranges free pick-ups for each guest every time they go out of the hotel to play. In addition, when we were having breakfast, the staff spilled juice on another friend of ours, and did not apologize, nor did they clean up the juice on my friend and on the ground. In short, the service of this hotel is not up to par, and I will not go there a second time."
"As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!"
"The hotel is very big. If you bring children, the water park is a big surprise. The hotel is very historical, the rooms are very big, and the design is quite special. It is worth visiting, but don't go there at night because there are too many mosquitoes. The breakfast is so-so!"
"An exceptional hotel in traditional style and Moroccan design, with a wonderful garden and great pools (especially the warm-water pool!). But of course, the Tigmiza isn't a modern luxury hotel; everything feels a bit dusty and musty. The fitness ”room,” in particular, wasn't exactly a highlight: a treadmill, a stepper, and a basic exercise bike. The sleeping mats and dumbbells were covered in sticky dust and were barely usable without towels. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy our stay, as we had prepared ourselves for it from the start—and Marrakech is traditionally dusty! Perhaps that's what gives it its special flair. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and varied! So, if you love the traditional ambiance and can tolerate a bit of dust and old-fashioned style, you'll have a great time at the Tigmiza!"
"Had a lovely stay in Palais Tinmel.
The staff are very polite and attentive. They are very helpful. I requested for a surprise breakfast for my bf, all i asked was a cake but they gave us more. There were balloons and they sing happy birthday to him with guitar playing. We were so touch and did not expect it to be like that. It was a great gesture and we are very lucky. Location wise is good. A bit of a walk to the medina but we love a walk. Food was amazing too. Everything was exceptional. Our only concern was our shower drain was not draining properly but anything from that was amazing. I would recommend staying here. And would love to stay here again."

"Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful.
I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!!
Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes."

Outstanding
LLouise MarthaWhat an amazing experience it was to stay at this Riad. When we arrived, we were greeted by Karim, who welcomed us with a tour of the Riad and tea on the rooftop. He gave us a map and explained everything we needed to know about the area and getting to all the tourist sites. The Riad is in a perfect area... close to the Saadiam tombs and only a short walk to the main square. Taxis are easy to find and can easily drive right to the door of the Riad so it is in a brilliant location. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean, and the facilitates were amazing, we slept soundly every night and loved the room. Breakfast in the mornings was a treat also. You are greeted by a friendly staff member, and we loved the rooftop breakfast we got every morning. The spa is also wonderful. As a couple, we went for a package traditional Hammam, followed by a massage, and it was great. Again, the staff in the spa area, the facilities, and the overall experience were absolutely amazing. A special mention to every staff member in the Riad: The friendliest, most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, especially Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha, and another gentleman whose name I have forgotten. They were so kind and helpful, greeting us with a smile every time we saw them and putting so much effort into making our stay fantastic. If you are thinking about booking this Riad, do it immediately. You will not regret it. When we return to Marrakech, we will be staying here again, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you, Riad Almisk, we loved our 4 days in your wonderful establishment.
GGuest UserService exemplary. Without a doubt, Michel & Ansa our hosts, went above and beyond in all they do. Our first time in a Riad ( ”home” away from the chaos of Jemma al Fna )- Michel walks with every individual guest the route to take to the Square from Riad Timila. Without this - one could easily get lost amidst the labyrinth of crowded souk passage ways.
Ansa gave us support and assistance in purchasing a Moroccan coffee table ( to be shipped ). Buyers beware - it is an arduous process of negotiation requiring 100% trust !
The Riad was complete with fabulous Moroccan arts and crafts . Remember, all Riads have steps to the different levels.
Breakfast simple and wholesome, dining outside on the sunny rooftop. Dinner available on request which is very convenient after sightseeing all day. In addition, international guests were super interesting to share dinner with.
It is important in Marrakech to take cash as many locations do not take credit cards.
An authentic Riad with very special hosts. Thank you Michel and Ansa.
NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality.
GGuest UserThe hotel was good and the staff was great just on last day of my stay they didn't gave me breakfast which was included in my room for last day the recption lady was very kind and respected girl her name was omaima the restaurant waiters was nice who use com3 and give me breakfast I would recommend this hotel am also hafedh of quran allhamdulilah my name ahmed

GGuest UserThe lobby and public spaces in this hotel are truly impressive. The rooms are big and clean, with clean sheets and a comfortable, firm bed. The rooms are not as impressive as the lobby, but they are big rooms with a standard layout and balcony.
The swimming pool is big and clean. Nice friendly staff.
The breakfast selection is great, the only niggle being that the coffee is instant coffee (quelle horreur).
Very convenient for the airport.
Top top: if you use the Google maps directions function, and are willing to walk a bit, it is really easy to get the public bus to/from the airport for the princely sum of 4 MAD each way.
FFarahWe had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was!
Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations.
The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too!
What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay.
The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.
LLilyThe room has a bathtub, and because it is not connected, it is very quiet. The breakfast is also rich and very Moroccan. The service is also very good, but it is a bit difficult to find
