"I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!"
"Very nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room.
Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer"
"Good location, however I wasn't given the room I paid and booked for (King room with windows). No refund offered either"

"*************, best location near nabawi. But when i want to book another night, i can not direct book at the hotel, so i booked it through OTA once again"
"The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, it may be a bit old, but it is not bad for the price, which was approximately 250 riyals per night. The only problem I faced was the sound of the air conditioner (a duct that I could control). Its sound was loud compared to other hotels. The main door is approximately 2 cm high off the ground, which allows air to enter from outside to inside or vice versa, and the sounds can be heard, meaning the door is not insulated."
"Very clean. Very comfortable. The only downside is the pigeons invading the windows a bit. The showers are poorly designed to drain the water. Very good value for money. Very spacious."

"Location is a bit far from the Masjid Nabawi. There is no shuttle service either. You need to rely on taxis which are not exactly convenient for pilgrims travelling to mosque multiple times a day. Food was delivered to our room but it was not sufficient for 2 people."

AAnonymous UserMy room was very clean.
But my 2nd day my room not tidy up at all even no drink to top up.other than that its ok
GGuest UserI’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel
Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old
On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor
Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay
AAhmad FaridBest customer service from manager Mohammad. Thank you so much for amazing experience and making our stay comfortable during our Umrah Trip.
GGuest UserThanks to Lina in front desk for the amazing welcoming.
All was good except the iftar and suhor buffet, the tase of nearly all main courses was horrible. There was no one attending us at the table, we had to chase out our cutlery every time. Every time we left the table to go get more food they removed all our dishes and cutlery and drinks! Even though we left the key card on the table and the dishes still had food. Salad and appetizers bar was empty for long time with no refills! Even though the chefs were standing there chatting with the manager. There are no bowls where we needed them next to umm ali dish.
For the above service, variety and quality of food the cost was high and unjustified.
AahmerSuch a fantastic hotel to stay for your Umrah Trip, hospitality never witnessed before, professionalism is top notch.
My housekeeper Meezan & Ibrahim were very helpful throughout my stay.
Only thing to improve is furnishings as they are worn out such as lamps / sofas etc, rest very close to Masjid nabwi ladies gate 328, 3 minutes walk & you are there for your Salah.
Keep up the great work Saja Team.
HHairi RazakThis Hotel near to Masjid Quba, Masjid Bilal.
This Hotel is on the west side of Masjid Nabawi.
Walking distance to Masjid Nabawi.
Walking distance to Chef Market.
Not recommended if you planning walking with stroller or wheelchair.
Group of friends or DIY Umrah, recommended.
Aram Hotel provided us a sharing washing machine for your own laundry.
FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.
GGuest Userroom looks like a new
shops around so u have all what u needed
location is good only some roads are closed due to road work to al haram al nabawi
SShehnaz KhalidWhile the location of the hotel is excellent and convenient, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance guest experience.
Firstly, allocating 4 beds in a room meant for 3 guests does not make practical sense. The beds are placed too close to each other, leaving barely any space to move around. This makes the room feel cramped and uncomfortable.
The cleanliness of the room was average, especially in the washroom. Specifically, in Room 529, the toilet seat appeared very old and partially broken, which is unacceptable for a property aiming for high guest satisfaction.
Another major issue is the elevator. Getting into the lift is often a challenge, particularly for guests who are not familiar with the system. Having a lift attendant or staff to assist and monitor the lift usage would make things much easier, especially for guests from different regions who may face language barriers.
The hotel has great potential due to its excellent location, but addressing these concerns is essential to attract more guests and earn better ratings.
