Charming and beautiful. Highly recommend the sea-view rooms with comfortable beddings and high-tech amenities. Enjoyed the personal touch of nightly sweet soups and the farewell gift pack. Bathroom and mini bar supplies are free flow. Excellent service for English-speaking guests through Mr. Eugene and Leo, who were most helpful in accommodating all our requests including the hire of a half-day taxi tour. The restaurant on site, Bistro 10, prepared a wide spread of delicious meals. Staff was again attentive and thoughful. A real gem in Nan'ao Island!

No food delivery service ☹️😢.
Not sure the reasons, have to rent a electric scooter to go to town to get foods. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but not many options, and don’t want to eat at the same restaurant for 2 nights 3 days. Some construction in the compound, which cannot relax do to construction noise. The room balcony needs umbrella.
Overall is pretty good.

I really booked the right hotel. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the hotel sign with a very atmospheric atmosphere. The interior environment and style matched it. Of course, the service was absolutely outstanding. All the luggage was carried up and down by enthusiastic staff (some stairs outside needed to be walked by yourself). It was really difficult for them. After checking in, there were some episodes. The hotel handled them properly as soon as possible and gave us two days of free breakfast. After checking out, the flight was cancelled on the day, so we chose to stay for one more night and were upgraded to a suite for free. We were so lucky! Downstairs is the check-in spot Qiyun Pavilion Lawn, and it is not far from the beach. Remember to drive 2.3 minutes. I will recommend it to my family and friends in the future!
