Seven

We recently stayed at Seven Guestrooms for 3 nights and I could not recommend this place highly enough, if I was to go back to Rome I would definitely stay here again. The location was amazing with the palace straight down the road, the Trevi fountain less than 15 minutes walk away and the Colosseum! There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around with local shops for any extras you need, you have everything you could ask for. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern. We had a city view with a church across from us and it was such a lovely view to wake up to in the morning. The room has everything you can want, fresh towels and bedding, hair dryer, mini fridge and draws, sockets by the bed and the room was also very spacious. The staff were so helpful we were able to get in our room early and they helped us with our luggage on the last day, they were amazing!

Stayed there for 3 nights. Before we arrive, They helped us to book a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Around 30mins journey. Room are very clean, love the bed, very soft and comfy after a long day visit in Rome city you really needed it. Coffee machine and pot, tea and bottle water are provided. Amazing location. Restaurants and shops are very close even the metro station and bus station are close by, around 3 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Staff will contact you with whatsapp. It is very convenient.

Great position with clean, modern rooms, great air conditioning and decent size rooms. We had 3 singles in a room. Staff extremely helpful, booked cars to the airport for us and even picked up a lost bag from a restaurant for us to post back to us. Cant say enough for the staff who do anything to help. Next stay in Rome will be here 100%

Beware and d DO NOT book this hotel. We arrived and dragged our luggage up 3 flights of stairs only to find no check in desk. A maid called a number for us and we were directed to a completely different hotel, Hotel Giolli. So we dragged our luggage there and were told that Seven had no rooms, but would give us a alternative room, we thought with Giolli. Waited over an hour only to be taken to yet another nearby hotel and lead to our room. No working air conditioning, with an outside temp well into the 80s. Fecal material on the bed sheet was the topper of all else. Multiple phone calls and attempts to get satisfaction went unheeded, with an answer of "You booking was not with us". We were unable to get in touch with anyone of authority at Seven. The next day while I cried at the front desk of the Giolli (again, not the hotel we booked) , the agreed to change our room. To top thigs off, the day before check out someone fron Seven contacted us and said they had a room for us, which I declined as it was already midafternoon. They insisted that the place we ended up at (remember the third hotel?) no longer had a room for us and we had to vacate. I refused.
