"It's very close to the station, and you can see the trains going by on the tracks from the window of your room.
There's a convenience store, bakery, 100-yen shop, etc. in the same building as the hotel, so it's convenient. There's a complex on the other side of the tracks, so if you're staying for a long time and suddenly need something, you can get it done right away.
The coin laundry on the 6th floor has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which was convenient to use. The washing machine was 300 yen with detergent. The dryer was 100 yen for 30 minutes, and both were paid for with 100-yen coins."
"The hotel is very close to the station within 3 minutes walk. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel to buy things, but the hot water in the bathroom is very long before it is hot. It is cold immediately after washing. The longest wait is 5 minutes."
"There is kitchen utensils including pans and IH. You can cook everything easily. A supermarket within 5-10 walk sells a set of ingredients but food preparation is recommend if you would like gorgeous dishes. Personally, the room is the best cost performance.
Please note that the air conditioner tends to work with biased temp between the main floor and loft. To adjust the setting is necessary."

"I booked for a business trip, but it was a love hotel. laughter
It is a beautiful hotel and soundproofing is perfect. It may be a good choice for those who don't care about love hotels."
"The location was good in front of the station, and there were many taverns and convenience stores and it was comfortable. The room was renovated and new and clean. The bed was Simon and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to spend without any inconvenience. I will make a reservation next time."
"I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast."
"First time in Japan, to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show in Saitama, a friend recommended the hotel, close to the station, very convenient for taking the bus, very friendly front desk service, excellent soundproofing in the room, stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioner was not turned on and it was not cold, the windows were large, the view was good, the breakfast was also delicious, but I found that Japanese people eat very little, I would always add more if it was not enough. Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!"
"It's very convenient to walk to Omiya Station for 6 or 7 minutes. The basic double room is small and two boxes can't be spread out at the same time. The breakfast is very good, both Chinese and Western. There is free coffee in the lobby all day, and the front desk service is also very polite."
"The location is excellent. One minor suggestion: I would prefer the option to check in earlier than the specified time and have a later check-out."

Amazing
LLvzhuxiaxiaThis hotel is very close to Omiya Station, just a few minutes' walk from the station. The transportation is very convenient. It is also close to the Omiya Railway Museum, just a short walk away. It only takes 20 minutes from Omiya to Kawagoe, so this hotel is very convenient.
The hotel facilities are very comfortable MUJI style, original cotton and linen, and a very natural environment. The hotel rooms are relatively large and clean, and the service is very good. We arrived half an hour earlier, and they still let us check in early. There is free tea and coffee at the front desk. Staying here gives you a very comfortable and relaxing feeling. If you have friends going to Saitama or Kawagoe, I recommend staying in this hotel.
GGuest UserClose to Omiya station ( West entrance/exist), there are many place to eat and malls such as Sogo.
There is a Limousine bus service to Haneda airport I from of Sogo.
GGuest UserVery convenient location with convenient store. Breakfast is great with wide variety of choice, facilities & supplies are useful too. They have a close and convenient laundry and the lobby could make some changes too.
Staffs are helpful. Helped a lot.
GGuest UserExcept for the quilt being very uncomfortable, everything else is satisfactory.
The quilt may be different from what we are used to, which is a quilt layer on top of the sheets, while we are usually used to quilts with quilt covers. The quilt kept sliding down when I was sleeping, and the lining sheet couldn't be pulled flat, which was extremely uncomfortable.
GGuest UserWe were able to spend a very luxurious and comfortable time in our room, which was upgraded. Also, even though we arrived before the check-in time, they kindly accepted us and told us that our room was ready, so we were fine. I was really grateful.
GGuest from PhilippinesCandeo Hotels Omiya provides top-notch accommodation for travelers visiting Japan. Its prime location close to train and bus stations ensures easy access to transportation and nearby tourist spots. With impeccable cleanliness and outstanding hospitality from the staff, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area.
GGuest UserI stayed here for one night while attending a live show at Omiya Sonic City. The location and size of the room were good, but the cleanliness of the room (smelly, and there was a lot of dust around the air conditioning vent) was a bit off. There were still things left in the etiquette box that the previous guest had used, which was unpleasant. The staff were very friendly, so I wish they had paid more attention to detail.
AAnonymous UserThis is the second time I stay 👍🏻
I stayed with two people, but the bed below is king size (?), so I was able to sleep in a wide 々 without using the loft!
DDesreumauxA bit expensive for what you get c can’t check in before 8PM but they can keep your luggage (good)
A bit noisy due to construction in the hotel that starts early even during weekend .
Won’t come back.
