Very lovely hotel, with food and supermarket options within a 10min walk. Decent breakfast selection of both western and Asian. Very friendly staff who try their best to speak in English as well.

Hotel is clean . Located close to railway station and subway. Front desk is helpful and kind. Luggage storage for free. Night snack, bar with beverages for free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Shanghai Jing'an district. I Loved my stay.

The hotel is brand new and connects to the aiport and transport to the city via walkways. It's only a 15-minute walk to the terminals. The hotel staff were super helpful. We arrived late and were looking to get food delivery. Jeery from the reception helped us order food from his phone as we don't have Chinese phone numbers. Definitely recommend.

Stay was good, clean good atmosphere, perfect location close to metro and exhibition center service staaf was good thanks to Maggie zhao the beautiful lady at the reception very helpful 🥰

This Lisheng Hotel is really great! It is conveniently located with many scenic spots and entertainment facilities nearby. The room is clean, tidy and well-lit. It is decorated very warmly. JOJO's service is also excellent, making people feel very considerate.

We were going for a 4D3N trip for my birthday. The room was nice in a comfortable size and with a great view. The location is perfect to me and very convenient. It is walkable distance to the Bund along with many popular shops. It will be nicer if more amenities would be provided, eg. comb, toothbrushes. The water overflowed in the shower room while I was taking shower the next morning of our arrival unfortunately. I called the Service Center and the act quickly. The technician came right away checking. In another 5 mins, staff Dylan came for a room change with an upgrade. Dylan is professional and considerate. He checked my preferences of room even for the upgrade.

I stayed here three times in a row every time i am back to shanghai for work, i will always stay in Xuhui especially at Hauxia Holiday inn and this is because of the comfort i get while stay at it, the service is amazing including the concierge, the staff the front desk, there is a delivery center which can help you collect your packages and food, BOB huang showed great service and gifted me with cards which can be exchanged for drinks and fruits, Jeddi zhang helped me with my luggages with a big smile in his face, and Zhnag jizhe afforded me with a beautiful view while choosing a room, there is a well equipped 24 h laundry room and gymnasium, i always and will stay here, if you have work to do in Xuhui, stay at huaxia, metro station is very close which gives you access to many spots in the city,

There are many shops and malls around, we can get to the malls either by walking distance or taking Metro train for another two stops at line 7 and come to Cao Yang Station.

The hotel manager, Clement, was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. He promptly and efficiently addressed all of our needs. The hotel's facilities were impressive, especially the pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The amenities matched the descriptions on the website and in our booking, and we were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel's service was exceptional, and our entire experience was fantastic.

Service is friendly but your expect to sweat inside a hotel room. Since complaints does not work in this hotel while I having a toddler and significant baby foods / groceries that reframed me to change hotel as no better option for me while on a working trip 8d/7n, I am still at 30th floor while writing this review. 3rd room changed and finally has a room that with approximately 1cm that allow external airflow, I believed the inconsiderate and definitely sucks management controlled the air condition that lobby or walk way of hotel is cooler than the room that I observed preset 27.5/28c in day time and 26.5c during night. It is my first time with holiday inn and it would be forever last. Imagine that we do not have a good hours of night sleep due to heat and sweat even though without blanket. I would rate the worst hotel ever anyone would like to experience it. More over, I overheard and chat with one of customer that having same compliant. A spoiled service would tarnish the industry image and the country tourism. Since OCT 2024-APR 2025, visited 3 times to pudong Shanghai and worst decision made when tag along my young daughter in this hotel after experienced decent services from the other two hotel. Select the hotel due to nearby to a mall that my child can spend time while I am away to work. Sadly a devastating decision, forever BAN holiday inn in my list.
