前台服務得看人，早上高高瘦瘦的小姐姐服務非常好有問題馬上幫忙解決，晚上的服務態度太差了，晚上睡覺前發現床上動物的糞便，有**叫她換床單態度非常差，説我們為什麼入住的時候沒説，罵罵咧咧的，誰會想到一個舒適性的酒店會有這樣的問題？就算是普通民宿都不會有這種情況，我們一早發現肯定不會住馬上退房走，還有就是退房的時候我鑰匙都還沒退那些阿姨就來搞衞生，我孩子想上廁所都不給上，就沖這服務一顆星都不想給

五一入住，房子一股發黴的味道，介紹説是兩層，其實就是一套三居室，一樓蚊子巨多。
前台美女把手機落在我們這，我們外出了衹有一個小孩子在，讓她等我們回去了再過去拿，就自己拿鑰匙開門進去拿了……長者家回去了我第一時間給她電話進去拿，她跟我説跟我父母拿過了，結果一問長者家，根本沒有，才知道她自己開門進去拿走了……呃

就在浪琴灣海灘景區內，沙灘設施好，人唔多，食黃鱔飯就在度假村旁邊，正宗好吃，老闆心善，溝通容易，下次還會選擇這裏。

就是一個比較老的度假村，但是裏面的房間是看過有專門翻新的恆記的，房內設施也比較齊全，還有冰箱。但缺點就是房內插座有點不方便，比如插個筆記本電腦就比較難找插頭，停車是超級方便的，停在裏面離住房很近，拿東西非常的方便
從環境來講，這裏的沙灘是比較好，因為本身是一個收費的沙灘，住在裏面就可以自由活動，而且人也會相對少一點
吃東西在外面，鎮上有很多選擇，例如橋頭第一家專門做早餐店，價格實惠，每次都去那一家
建議在淡季時價格能適當調低，畢竟基礎設施已經不是那麼新了，而且這邊海的質量相比再遠點的珍珠灣水質沒那麼好

設施陳舊理解，但維護做的得太差。1.開門時門鉸非常的響，比放鞭炮還響。2.浴室裝水，洗個澡水都漫過拖鞋到腳地漏還沒流下去，3.空調濾網非常臟（一年以上不清洗），4.空調故障經常報h6不工作，還好適逢下雨天氣不太熱有風扇。
第二次入住，體驗每況愈下了。
