The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower subway station. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, always greeting us proactively. Although some issues arose on the day of check-in, the hotel managed to resolve them satisfactorily over the following days of our stay, which was commendable. The only things I found unacceptable were the occasional smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was quite unpleasant, and the overly limited breakfast options. Other than that, this hotel is still highly recommendable.

Lucky to have booked this hotel for my short stay in Xian and the start of my journey around northern China. Besides it's perfect location, near Xian old city walls etc, Staff is so helpful, particularly Ms Zhong who helped me get to the right place to apply for my China Sim card and gave me all the necessary info to get around Xian. I extended my stay for 2 nights. Room is super clean, free laundry machines, and pretty hitech!
