I liked the fresh air I felt in the forest. You can use an electric cart if you ask the staff on your way to and from Wangfujing Outlet. When the weather gets cool, I will definitely bring my swimsuit and revisit. The ceramic dispenser in the bathroom is cute.

Kids friendly hotel, my kid enjoyed staying at this hotel, and her rate for a total of 3 hotels staying at Xi'an is the top one! I love their outdoor hot spring the most, I would vote a higher rate to this hot spring environment compared with Japan and Taiwan from the past experience. I will come back again for my next visit.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings and amazing springs. I booked two nights wishing to have a relaxing birthday weekend, unfortunately the gym and pools were closed for maintenance but no notice was given. I’m so grateful to the staff who compensated me with free access to the hot springs, albeit with some haggling. Friday evening and Sunday morning had less people so the experience was thoroughly enjoyable, Saturday was packed with family and children so not as relaxing but I was still able to enjoy the extensive facilities. The room service was great and the kitchen were able to accommodate my dietary needs. Both the breakfast and buffet dinner were pretty good. The room was huge and really well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and will definitely be back.

Great place and the outdoor hot springs are a nice place to rest and relax.

The service was excellent and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My parents and my family had a lovely stay. My 8 year old boy somehow loved the hot spring more than adults lol…. It is such a family friendly hotel. The only downside was that the swimming pool and indoor kids playground were closed the next day. I wish we had been notified earlier. Overall, highly recommend.

We had big expectations for this place, but unfortunately we were disappointed for the facilities, starting for the breakfast very poor choices , we were placed in a secondary room because the main restaurant was full , the environment was terrible , missing lots of things that supposed to be basic , food option only for Asian. Secondly, everything in the hotel is paid , even the 40sqm playground for small kids need to be paid apart. Staff is friend. I would give 3 stars for the facility and way they handle things around . Definitely not back . Btw , the wine cellar all wine is fake , you find red wine with label of white wine and so on . Just check the labels and find the mistakes for who knows a bit wine !

Beautiful room and amazing choice of breakfast and gym and pool too. About 25 minutes from the Terracotta Warriors Museum, so convenient for visiting. Excellent value for the price paid (as someone used to UK prices!)

This hotel is amazing It’s big and we had an amazing stay The full package of hot springs and photoshoot is totally worth it Although I wish they could increase the number of pictures

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, especially at the hot springs. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special mention to the manager, Roland, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He could speak English fluently, which made our experience so much smoother. This level of service is a bit different from some of the other Chinese hotels we’ve stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported stay.

What a fantastic experience. We spent one night and we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were accommodating and kind and tried their best to communicate with us. The breakfast was great and had many options. We also enjoyed the spa where we left feeling so relaxed. We will definitely be back again. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Wonderful hotel - we really wished we had booked there for longer. Absolutely lovely! Beautiful rooms, many facilities for children, incredibly friendly, multi-lingual staff, great service - fast & efficient. The hot tubs and spa are lush. Food is delicious. Very close to the Terracotta Warriors. *Note for foreign guests: A swimming cap is required for the indoor pool.

Great hotel for families with kids and elderly parents - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) and it was very close to Xian terracotta warriors museum , so it was perfect !!

We stayed in the Angsana in late November. We are a couple with two kids 12 and 7, so we booked a family room with king bed and bunk bed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly friendly, always trying to be helpful and even having this "Disneyland feeling" of happily waving at you when you cross paths with them in the corridor. The room was really spacious and very clean, and the room service came promptly every day. Even the smalls detail, like the number of water bottles in the room (10 every day) made us feel comfortable. The hotel is as kid-friendly as it gets. From the cute decorations in the room, little shops, to the little fancy automated cotton-candy machine, every detail made my kids feel cheerful throughout the day. They even have a little train that goes around the hotel a few times a day; at first I thought it would be boring, but once we rode it, we were shocked with how fan and exciting it was! The facilities are also fantastic. We did not try the pools, but we went to the hot springs daily. They have pools all the way from 36 degree to 43 degree, depending on your tolerance to heat, and they welcome kids of all ages. As for the location, our only sightseeing goal on this trip was the Terracota Army, which are a short drive away from the hotel. There is also a mall within walking distance with restaurants, shops, and kids playgrounds, where we had some fun. In this trip we did not plan to visit the Xi'an city center, so the Agsana was perfect; but be aware that if you plan to spent most of the time in the city, you will have a long drive every day. Overall, this was the perfect hotel for our family vacation: both kids and adults loved it, and it was very close to main sightseeing highlight in Xi'an (the Terracota Army).
