Oh my God! There's a receptionist called Lee who was super duper helpful and nice! He made us feel at home. The rooms are comfy and clean.

Personnel was friendly and helpful although calling the front desk didn’t get any reply in 2 occasions. The lobby was spacious and offers comfortable seating to rest for a bit. In combination with the clean toilets it’s very comfortable.

The hotel is easy to find and in a good location. I enjoyed the warm service on my check. However, the breakfast could be better and the room wasn’t absolutely comfortable, I felt like I was in a student dormitory than a hotel. The wifi works on and off.

The location is very convenient, just by the road, and it feels safe. The door has a lock, and you need to swipe your card to get to the guest room area.
The room is spacious, the service is good, the room is quiet, and the windows are soundproof.
The breakfast is not recommended, the variety is complete, but the taste is really average.

On the trip to Xiamen Science and Technology Museum, I stayed at Xiafengyue Hotel with my two kids. I took advantage of the holiday to travel and visit the Science and Technology Museum. It was quite close, the room was simple, the service was good, and Chen Gongxi at the front desk was attentive and considerate. I hope the overall service will continue to improve!
