Romantic Hotels in Hunan, China

Honestly I cannot praise the wonderful staff here enough. From the moment we arrived, mid torrential rain, the staff and their service was impeccable - rushing out in the rain to grab our luggage. The wonderful ladies at reception made the trip to Zhangjiajie smooth, organising car rides to and from the entrance of the national park, helping book tickets, and giving great sight seeing advice. They even helped us order food deliveries on some of the late nights we got back. On the last day I lost my AirPods, well they were taken/stolen during my time in the park by someone - and the staff were very helpful in trying to sort out a police report etc. Again, the service here is second to none and I cannot praise it enough. The hotel itself is modern, quiet and clean. The room was a good size too. The breakfast was also decent, offering a range of selections. I have no pictures of the hotel itself sadly but here’s some of the area over the past four days.

Love this place. Everything is within walking distance. There are a lot of food options around the area. Hotel is clean with robot service at your finger tip. There is also laundry room and gym. Access to the lift and room is via access card so it is quite safe.

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

Staff is very good, 100% recommended, will stay again. The room is good and clean. The staff has a very good service mind. It is close to tourist attractions. There are many restaurants near the hotel and there are convenience stores.

Book a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room. The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper. Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make the experience comfortable. They also helped with parcel deliveries and an item I lost. The room was also clean, well-equipped and stunning. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Wang, who provided breakfast catering services, for cooking a bowl of longevity noodles for her daughter after she knew it was her birthday. It was very heartwarming, thank you. It is precisely because of such high-quality service that I have chosen Exotic Impression for the second time. He has many stores. This time, because I was accompanying the elderly, I chose the pedestrian street of Huangxing South Road, which was very convenient. You can take a taxi by walking through the store opposite the hotel. The elderly do not have to walk so much and can experience the lively urban vitality. The room is on the 12th floor, not so noisy, and you can also see the city lights at night. The light show in Changsha is really 👍. The location of the hotel is good and the price is also affordable. The service is warm and patient, and the sanitary environment is also very good.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and in a densely populated area which made travelling and finding places to eat at very smooth sailing. The room was spacious, including a lounge area and had a big bathtub with a beautiful city view of the colourful skyscrapers which lit up at night. Wish we had a longer time in the area as we would have loved to stay for longer. Would highly recommend.

I stayed one night at Exotic W Hotel and it was nice because I booked a room with queen bed and a bathtub. The room was clean and had all the useful amenities. There was even a bathing milk in the bathroom. The service was good, though they didn’t speak English well. However, five start hotel stuff should be able to speak in English. Some breakfast dishes were cold. All in all, I had a good experience and it was a good hotel.

I'm doing lots of business trips within China and clearly will recommend this hotel for a few reasons : 1. Located centrally exact 200 m behind IFS, here the interesting quarter starts, but still the hotel is located in a relative quite environment ( don't miss the Park Hyatt Hotel Bar on 63 Floor or Niccolo on 98 Floor) 2. You can easely get there by metro, alt. the taxi can let you out exactly at the door (see picture below, easy to find) 3. The staff extremely helpful and nice, the decoration appealing, Art Deco. The rooms are clean, the high ceiling is really great 4. The windows are new and can be really closed.... So not noisy... So, if you are planning to visit for 24 hours, you can easely go through all attractions nearby including orange island ( just three stations with the metro).
