Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit in Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

A very good homestay. The owner will pick us up when we go to Jiuzhaigou. The environment of the homestay is quiet and comfortable. There are mountains behind it, which is very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly to us and help us a lot! The breakfast is very rich! We are full! They also made a guide for Jiuzhaigou for us! I will stay here again next time I come to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel facilities are very new! Super clean!

The hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep
