3-Star Hotels in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

Hotel well located, we had an unforeseen with the collection being made twice, unfortunately there was an error that passed through 3 hotel attendants, then it was solved through a payment transfer, so at this point everything was solved. The pool area, despite reporting being covered and heated, heating is minimal, leaves it from ice to less ice, unfortunately the cover is well damaged, has several holes on the roof, during our visit, they ended raining and there are pinks across the pool area, which is almost impossible to use.

I think the accommodation is great, but the last time I was in trouble with the payment because I was charged on the site and they made me pass the card at the time of check in.

Sinto falta de um restaurante mais profissional, com atendimento direcionado, principalmente no jantar. O espaço é amplo e muito bonito, faltando apenas pequenos ajustes. Seria mais agradável para permanecer mais tempo, gerando receita contínua pro hotel.

We like the location and ease of access to the place we would go, so this is the second time we stayed there. The facilities served us as expected. But I think having a fridge in the apartments would be interesting.

The hotel is very well located. The room was super clean. The shower and bed are great. The internet works very well. The breakfast is very varied. And room service is fast. I recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the quilt was not very comfortable. The surrounding environment is very good, opposite is an open shopping mall, shopping and eating are more convenient

I had already paid my stay months in advance, but when I arrived I had a half-hour waiting because I was not in the system. Even showing in my app that I was paid they gave me the chair tea instead of laughing was my problem put others in front I found it a little bit... neither apologize for the consumption I had. Cleaning could be a little better. But the good and very top point is excellent breakfast, and the bedroom is a little soft.
