4-Star Hotels in Tianjin, China

I've stayed in 3 hotels in Beijing but this one is the best. Pros: Grand lobby with refreshing red dates drink. Clean rooms. Shower/toilet separated. Great breakfast varieties. Strong & efficient washer and dryer. Helpful staff - helped me change to a room with window. Location wise - can see the beautiful night view. Cons - a bit of walk from subway so when you're tired, take a cab.

The location is not far from Tianjin Station and Shuidi. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. The front desk check-in, extension and check-out are very smooth. The front desk and room service are also very responsive. I packed up early to catch the high-speed train early in the morning and took it away early. I can still choose it next time I come to the concert

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

Second time staying here. Have pasted my previous review below and it still stands. Great hotel and would definitely book again! Location is perfect - a 15 minute walk from Tianjin Railway Station and right in the centre of town. It's in the middle of the pedestrian shopping area so fantastic eating, drinking and shopping options on your doorstep. Rooms are slightly small but very clean, very well equipped and comfortable. Staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.

Check-in in 3 minutes, take the initiative to help upgrade the Ferris wheel view room, and hand over a handwritten welcome card and hot health tea. When checking out, I found that I forgot to bring the charger, and the room aunt ran to deliver the spare data cable, and even helped to lift the luggage to the car... This ”Haidilao-style” service makes me want to give a silk banner to the employees! **🛌The room is like a scenic postcard** I was shocked the moment I opened the curtains-the Tianjin Eye Ferris wheel is so close! The 180° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame the night view of the Haihe River into a dynamic oil painting. You can fall asleep with the neon lights at night and be awakened by the rippling waves on the river in the morning.

The room type is very good and very clean. It was the most comfortable night I stayed in Tianjin. The room service was also very considerate. They were very patient even when I checked out a little late. It was a stay that was in line with Hilton quality!

The hotel is in a very good location, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the whole house has intelligent guest control, and the front desk staff Ma Liang and Mi Duo provide very good service! Recommend everyone to stay!

Great hotel with prompt response for every request. Good location, convenience for transportation, the subway is only a couple of minutes walk away, which can directly reach the airport. Two things can improve: 1. it’s will be better to have a mini microwave in the room. 2. Sometimes there’s smoke smell in the hallway, it’s better smoke is only allowed in the smoking-room, not other places in the building.
