Location is more convenient to red square, Cheng he museum, Jonker street and malacca river cruise,etc. with just a few minutes walking. The strait mosque is 5mins cab distance. U can enjoy the sunrise from oneself room. The roof lounge view also fantastic. U can oversee the malacca city and also the strait. The hotel staff is polite and friendly with smile faces always. Fall stalls , convenience shops are surrounding. U can enjoy the local cuisines anytime.

My stay at Majestic Malacca was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. The staff there were very friendly and helpful was well.

I am enjoying my stay at Park Royal Melaka. The service is very good. All the staff are friendly and always smiling. The room is clean, and the cleaning service is good. My daughters had fun using the hotel facilities. It is a public holiday and very crowded, but the hotel handles it well, especially during breakfast.

Stayed at Ames Hotel during a recent trip to Melaka and was pleasantly surprised by how stylish and comfortable it was. It’s located near the Ayer Keroh area, close to attractions like the zoo and MITC, which makes it a great choice if you’re not planning to stay right in the busy city center. Pros: • Modern & Spacious Rooms: The rooms are sleek, clean, and well-designed. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and nice amenities. It feels more like a boutique hotel than a typical chain. • Great Service: The staff were polite and accommodating — check-in was smooth, and they were happy to help with anything we needed. • Quiet & Relaxing: It’s away from the city buzz, which means it’s peaceful at night. Good for families or anyone wanting a more laid-back stay. • Facilities: The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and restaurant that serves a decent breakfast.

I was getting ready to go to bed when I noticed the air conditioner in the room was literally leaking, not even dripping. Technician came to check up after a complaint was made to the receptionist. The technician asked if I was willing to change room as it would take quite a while to fix the leaking issue. As it was, I moved room from level 27 to level 21 in bathrobe and hotel slippers together with all my stuff. There was only a nice chap from the hotel reception that came to assist with moving of my belongings. All these happened at 23:06 (11:06pm). Just a horrible experience to go through. However, breakfast buffet spread was very good and the staff are generally very approachable and helpful except the lady who was manning the reception that night (night of 8/4/2025) who just seemed very impatient over the phone. That being said, they moved me to a bigger room that night. The photos shown here are referring to the room that suffered the air conditioner leaking issue. I give them poor rating for the amenities based on the lack of servicing of the air conditioning unit in the room.

A clean hotel with amenities needed in the room. Hotel staff even gave me a malacca straights view room. The room is big and clean. Staffs are all very friendly and warm . They are helpful and knowledgeable in going about to get things we needed. Will come back again when I’m in malacca

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement. Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed. Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet. Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities. Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.

Spacious room with additional 1 single bed. really exceed our expectation. big bathroom, we were really satisfied with the accomodation. dinner and breakfast provided in the room rate. Please join all free activities and amenities provided at this resort such as morning/night safari walk, movie watching, gym/library/swimming pool.

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Melaka. We were assigned family room upon check in however I discovered small insects on the bed and on the phone. Talked to the staff and they changed my room within 10mins. Fast and good service provided by the staffs there. Overall, the stay was great 👍

Pros: Very refreshing welcome drink ginger ale BUT cold towel was smelly. Friendly frontdesk staffs. Beautiful hotel & great ambience. Room is spacious & clean. Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan. Comfortable bed & pillows. Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck. Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free. Free wifi. Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items. Satisfying breakfast buffet. No deposit required. Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions. Quality herbal-smell toiletries. Cons: Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready. Long lines at the front desk during my check-out. No bidet. Limited tv channels. Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.
