The hotel is really near to Wangfujing metro (approximately 3 mins walk from E3 exit) which is super convenient for us especially when we have many luggages. Secondly, the hotel rooms are really spacious and is enough for us to put 4 big luggages. Lastly, to us, it's worth the price paid given that there are so many good points about the hotel. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers, free mineral water (you can get more if it's not enough!) and some of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful too (sadly not all :( ). Also thankful that the hotel allow us to check out an hour later! Will definitely stay again in the future if i visit Beijing and will recommend this hotel to friends and family too!

Saw good reviews except for water pressure issues. The water pressure was bearable. Attracted by the location of the hotel and it being new Love the service, the environment, and all. Washer and dryer for guests in B1, bring own laundry capsules or detergent. Love the robot service, too. I had taobao orders sent to the hotel before my arrival, too. They kept it safe for me.

The hotel is nice, but the room is very very small for the price we paid. It smells cigarette in the room time to time and the sewers smell in the bathroom. We were not in the main building because we booked a tatami room, so they will ask you to go in another building next to the main one. It’s nice but very small rooms. Otherwise we had a nice journey there.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station and a massive food court. My room came with two big windows with great sound insulation and was much bigger than stated in the room description. Plentiful breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended for the price.

The hotel room was exceptional! Very clean, kind and helpful staff, and very responsible. I lost 1 side of my sock which I thought it’s accidentally took by the cleaning service staff because it’s the same white and I placed it near my used hotel’s towel. I report to the receptionist, less then 10minutes they found it and delivered it to my room by the robot!

Wow. 🤩 I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. This is the third hotel I’ve stayed at in major cities in China, and it is by far the nicest. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. Even the lobby smells clean, which was very welcome after our first hotel in Beijing wreaked of cigarette smoke everywhere including the room even though it was supposed to be “nonsmoking.” The breakfast was hearty and free for one guest and an inexpensive $10 USD to add the second guest. Free fruit and yogurt were brought up to our room, which we were allowed to check into 30 minutes early. The hotel is centrally located a 5-minute walk from the subway station and a 10-minute walk from the train station. The hotel staff stored our luggage in a secure location for the day with a claim ticket even after we checked out. They also allowed a late checkout of 2 pm. They have nice drinks and a restroom in the lobby. The soap, shampoo and lotion smell fantastic. I was super impressed with the checkout gift they give foreigners: a letter personalized with my full name from my passport and an absolutely beautiful framed Chinese papercut craft. I would love to come back to Beijing to do more sightseeing I didn’t have time for on this trip and stay at City Line again. My only complaint is that they should update the trip.com photos of the front of the building because they really don’t do it justice.

I stayed at this hotel in Beijing last week for the second time, and both times I stayed for one week. I had a wonderful experience and would like to sincerely thank the hotel management. The breakfast was very delicious and offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel environment was very peaceful, clean, and well-organized, and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every single day. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I travel to Beijing again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more.

The room is just the right size for a solo getaway. Everything is thoughtfully arranged in a compact space without feeling cramped. The design is modern and clean, with a clear separation between the bathroom and sleeping area. The bed is cozy, and there’s a small table that’s perfect for light meals or getting some work done. I also appreciated the generous supply of bottled water and the complete set of drinkware—perfect for someone traveling alone who still wants comfort and convenience.

Excellent Stay in Beijing – Highly recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel in Beijing and was thoroughly impressed! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. In the evenings, I especially enjoyed the noodle and dumpling dinners—authentic and tasty! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the subway and taxis, making it convenient to reach central attractions. For the price, this hotel is an absolute gem in Beijing. Clean, comfortable, and with fantastic service—I would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

A quaint European B&B Inn hidden just off the main street. Pricing is competitive to surrounding budget hotels. Breakfast is one of the key highlights for international travellers. Brewed Coffee, two choices of eggs, fried and hardboiled, bread with toaster, and BUTTER (a rarity for non international chains) compliment the Chinese varieties. Staff are very personable and helpful. A nice home away from home. WiFi here gets Gmail access during my stay. Ask for the password from the reception. Only gripe is that it's a good 15-20 minutes walk to either of 2 subway stations. Tip, request for non ground floor room that face the carpark.

TTinaMFantastic location if you're about to catch a train via the Beijing West Railway Station. The hotel is just across the station, one can walk through the parking lot and arrive in 2 minutes. If you're arriving via taxi for the first time, it might be a bit confusing when you arrive, as station staff sometimes close off the parking area so vehicles cannot go inside from the main road - just look for the hotel's name though (it's in English and Chinese, both) and you're set. The hotel's reception area is quite small, more than 1-3 people can't really sit in the lobby if waiting for someone/taxi etc. The room I stayed in was large and I was so pleasantly surprised to see how well equipped it was - there was an air purifier, humidifier, water heater etc. The bed was also very, very comfortable. There was hot water 24/7 and the bathroom was clean, though there was a lot of lint accumulated in the hair dryer and it didn't heat properly (this wasn't a huge issue for me so I didn't request for a replacement). There is an absolutely gorgeous teaset in the room too, and brewing my morning tea was such a delight. The ac can both cool and warm the room, which I thought was great. The housekeeping staff were absolutely lovely. Initially they were baffled when I said I don't need fresh towels and slippers everyday and kept insisting on giving me more water bottles haha, they were so kind and warm. Thank you to them for putting a smile on my face everytime I walked by. The reception staff however were notably less warm, although they did try to help me whenever I asked for aid with directions, breakfast timings etc. If you're a foreigner and don't speak any Chinese, you're probably considering staying here because it's a Radisson property and therefore one assumes that reception staff will speak English - my advice is, if this is your first time in China / you haven't yet figured out how to use translation apps, reconsider staying here, as none of the reception staff can speak English and it may be difficult for foreign guests. If you know a little basic Chinese though or can use translation apps, I do recommend staying here, mainly for the location. If you're worried about the Beijing West railway station being a bit unsafe (which it can be), there is always a security guard posted inside the hotel premises. He was kind and it was always reassuring to see him, even when I stepped out at 3 am for some convenience store noodles! I will say though that the reception staff were oddly cold at times -- for example, I had unfortunately missed my early morning train due to a communication issue. I explained this to the ladies at reception, apologising for any inconvenience and asking if I could please leave my luggage with them for a few hours after I check out at 2:00 pm. They responded saying ”you can leave your luggage here but you cannot stay overnight” - it was presented to me as if I was begging/asking for favours. There was no question of my staying overnight as I had explained that I would check out before their checkout time, and would take the next train out of Beijing. Little things like this do spoil an otherwise pleasant experience. I did not try the breakfast buffet so can't comment on that. I will say though that ordering takeaway was always a treat, because a cute robot comes to deliver the parcel at your door. This is normal in Chinese hotels, but this particular bot was very cute :)

GGuest UserThis was a wonderfully unique experience for us living in a (fully renovated) stone house in an ancient village at the foot of the Great Wall. March is a great time to visit if you prefer peace and quiet and few tourists. The inn is quaint and pleasant. The room is small and cozy, and the ambience, including the large bay window overlooking the street and the large wooden beams on the ceiling, makes you feel like you really are living in another era. The inn is located inside the Watertown, so you will need to walk a bit from the entrance of the Watertown. It is centrally located in the Watertown, so you are right in the middle of all the fun and activity. We really appreciated the free luggage service - you drop off your luggage at the entrance when you purchase tickets and enter the Watertown, and they bring your luggage to your inn. Once you’re done enjoying the Watertown and Great Wall, your luggage is waiting for you at the inn. Breakfast at the inn was absolutely delicious - highly recommend trying the wonton soup and the fresh soy milk!

MMaverick MakStayed 2 nights at Base Hotel Wangfujing. The hotel is located in the back alleys of ”Hutong” quite close to Wangfujing Strret but to the Wangfujing Walking street is still quite a distance away. The area is not porch by any means, but in a very local-back-alleys-narrow streets and if you are ok,then this hotel may be for you. I booked a Studio Room, pretty spacious with a sleeping area, living, kitchen and bathroom. Though there is a kitchen but there is no utensils or any pots and pans. There is a microwave, kettle and a fridge though. There is a kitchenette at B1 if you need to access to cooking facilities, also coffee and teas are available complimentary. The pricing is very competitive and affordable. A great stay.

DdyhxMy first Orange Hotel stay and it's exceeded my expectations. Being a local chain known for its budget style, I was imagining Ibis type but it turned out much better. The hotel looks old from the outside but this being a newly opened one, everything inside looked clean and modern. Smart lifts where my room level is automatically detected once the card is scanned. I got a smart room that's controlled by Xiao Du小度 (their equivalent of Siri / Alexa). I had fun commanding Xiao Du to adjust the aircon temperature and switching on/off the TV, lights and even the curtains. They also have a food delivery robot and provide free self service laundry facilities. There's a small gym here which I didn't use. The room is a little small for 2 pax but more than comfortable for 1. The standing shower and toilet is separated and both of good size. The bed is firm and pillows comfy. Bottled water, mini fridge, tea bags are provided. Basic shower amenities are also provided, along with a pack of disposable toothbrush and comb at check in. I like the open wardrobe concept and they provide many hangers here including the clip ones. It's a rather basic hotel in general but certainly value for money. There are also quite some eateries along the street just a few mins walk from the hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I visit.

LLeongHotel is near Jiaomendong MRT station and a couple of bus stops. There’s a direct bus to Qian Men shopping district and there is a local market where tourist can see how the locals shop for daily groceries just once stop away from the hotel. There’s also a WuMart near Jiaomendong MRT exit C. There are nice eateries diagonally opposite the hotel as well. Hotel has a washing machine for customers who is staying for a longer period. Bad point about this hotel is that the cleanliness of the hotel isn’t that fantastic. Cleaner doesn’t check if everything is alright before leaving, I found an eyelash extension in the table top during my stay when my whole family doesn’t wear any eyelash extensions. Furthermore, Jiaomendong can be quite far away for the elders too. When going to airport, suggest to take direct bus to CaoQiao mrt then take the mrt express train to airport if public transportation is the chosen option.

Sska3261A very pleasant siheyuan hotel inside an old Beijing residential area. Walking along the hutong allows one to get a glimpse of the lives of people living in the hutong. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and patient in attending to our queries on taking cab, operating washing machine, going to places of interests and railway station. The hotel is centrally located and walkable from the subway8 station which happens to be the last station (beixinqiao) of airport express subway. The room was clean. Though it is not very spacious, efficient use of available space helps us overcome this challenge. Though the hotel has limited amenities, whatever it offers is sufficient to make our stay a very pleasant one. An excellent choice for guest who want to experience staying in siheyuan.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at the Ji Gongti Dongmen Hotel this time was beyond expectations. It was a perfect travel experience! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Xiao Wei, the front desk staff, enthusiastically stepped forward to help carry the luggage and guided us to the front desk to check in. Not only were they skilled in their movements, but they also took the initiative to inform us of the surrounding food recommendations and transportation guides. The meticulous service made people feel very cordial. When you walk into the room, the first impression is cleanliness and elegance. The warm-toned lighting and the simple and atmospheric decoration style create a warm home atmosphere. The bedding is clean and soft, and the mattress fits the body curve, so that the fatigue of a day's running around will instantly dissipate. The bathroom uses a smart toilet, exuding a light fragrance, and the details show quality. The air purifier, mini bar snacks and drinks, and free charging cables, steam eye masks and other items in the room really do what the guests want. The public areas of the hotel are also surprising. The gym equipment is professional and well-maintained, and there are surprises during breakfast. There are not only Western delicacies such as freshly ground coffee, but also local snacks. The chef team will prepare hot food such as noodles and wonton stew on site according to the needs of the guests, with full marks for freshness and deliciousness. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel perfectly meets the needs. It is only a few steps away from the subway station and the business district, which is very convenient for travel and shopping. The staff also gave souvenirs when checking out. This kind of thoughtful service throughout the whole process makes people want to stay again! Highly recommended to everyone who pursues quality and comfort!

AAnonymous UserI am very pleased with my stay in the hotel. I feel that it was really a perfect choice for me in Beijing. 1. The service at the reception was great. The personnel was is very friendly and ready to help. Nancy speaks English well and helped me with all my requests. 2. The hotel is very clean. One of the best room cleaning services I’ve experienced. The towels were changed. New bottles of water appeared every day. 3. The room. Much attention is paid to details. The room has everything: iron, hairdryer, a kettle with temperature regulation (tea provided). Everything is beautifully designed. The toilet is smart. Hotel provides soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - I liked the smell a lot. Air conditioning works good. Water heating system also works good. It is quiet in the room. I had a room near the elevator but it never disturbed me. I slept well. 4. Perfect location. The hotel is located in Shijia Hutong. It is quiet, cosy and clean. Many of the main attractions are nearby and it is very convenient to reach the subway station. I will strongly recommend to visit Shijia Hutong Museum near the hotel, I liked it a lot and the entrance is free. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. 5. The restaurant. I liked wontons for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The chef was very kind and friendly. In general the variety of food is enough. I will definitely recommend this hotel! I’ve spent nearly a month choosing from many hotels in Beijing and I was more than happy with my choice.

TTetrapoueteIt can be quite difficult to find a place which can accommodate a family of 5 all at once so we were very happy to see 3 double beds in the family room. The room is bright and clean, the hotel location is very good. Around 10min away from Universal park; there are 2 free shuttle buses in the morning (7.20 am and 8.20 am) but you can also easily get a taxi/ Didi to there. There are several chinese restaurants right in front of the hotel. The person who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. I saw some comments saying toiletries would not be renewed from one day to another. You actually have to scan the Wechat QR code located next to the hotel door (street side) and the hotel staff will then help you to book the shuttle bus to the park or renew the toiletries the next day. The bed will not be redone though, that would be some possible improvement. Besides this, we will totally come back to this place.
