4-Star Hotels in Banten, Indonesia

The hotel is close to the airport 6 km away but it took 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle to arrive due to the traffic congestion. Going to the hotel was a lot quicker. Booking on was quick and pleasant and they offered to bring our bags up. Breakfast was on the cold side but pleasant.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Overall is pleasant hotel. They are still doing renovation on the 6 and 7 floor. I am staying on the 8th floor and they are some disturbances. But still ok. Breakfast is nice, quite a wide spread of food.

rooms are very small we had to pay $15 par day to upgarade our romm which was liitle uncomfortable as all booking made are non refundable . as we had long flght just paid and slept

Great services from check in process (special thanks to Mr. Bagas front office staff for his kindness to fulfill all my requests) until check out time. Breakfast is also great with varieties of foods and the taste is so yummy. Although the elevator need some improvements so the guests won't need to wait so long to go up and down especially at check out time. After all will definitely come back in the future.

Great location! 5 mins drive away from ICE BSD convention centre and AEON mall just right opposite. The only downside during my stay was the toilet ceiling was leaking water and I couldn’t get a change of room as it was fully booked at the time, so I had to wait till they got it fixed.

The hotel is great overall, probably because it is still new. The design is modern and simple with a bit of contemporary art touches in some areas. The room has a decent size and they provide these little bolsters to suit the Indonesian culture, which is nice. The hotel facilities are decent, the gym has the necessary exercise equipment. The swimming pool is nice though a bit small. They also offer quite a variety of food for breakfast and in-room food service. Location is also nice, there is a restaurant next to the hotel and just a walk away from The Breeze. Overall, it is slightly beyond my expectation of what I thought of ibis hotels. The only downside is the hotel lobby that is a bit far and inconvenient to get to from the car park area, though they try to compensate this by having a buggy car to send you from the lobby to car park (not the other way around).

Location is good (at exit toll) . Service is quick and room is clean. Had a pleasant stay here as always. Definitely a recommended hotel as always

Hotel baru nyaman dan kids friendly bngt. Ada cooking class juga krn acara 17an. Highly recommended!! Bersih dan luas utk family.

room is spacious, and staffs are all well mannered. only request to the hotel is about the breakfast. I could see lots of small flies on the dinings at breakfast, on fruits, meats .. then I lost my appetite immediately .. need to do some pest control at breakfast, and I also want the hotel to have proper guide line for the venue for the breakfast, they said 1F or 6F , then it needs to be properly informed based on the plan to the guest accordingly.
